Product: An internal platform for managing company processes - candidate sourcing and communication, finances, reporting. Everything one person has to juggle.
Problem: One person buried under it all. Different sources, different teams, everything needs monitoring. The solution had to be simple and fast, covering all the core use cases without adding more complexity to an already overloaded system.
Cause: No design system, no budget, no time. The classic three.
Solution: Deep UX research and interviews with the one actual user to map every real need - not assumed ones. A small but complete system that covers everything a manager needs today, with room to expand when the team grows.
The platform handles invoice tracking and payments, statistics and reports, the full candidate pipeline including watching interviews and managing communication directly on the platform, plus company and contractor profiles.
